CANCELLATION POLICY

At Costas Hair House, a minimum of 24 hours notice is required for cancellations or rescheduling. If an appointment is canceled or rescheduled within 24 hours of the scheduled appointment, a 30% charge of the total service cost will apply. No shows automatically will be charged 50% of the service. Totally understand emergencies can happen, so please contact me as soon as possible if something comes up.
